hey geren,

the easiest way is to find a file on phunbox, press the download button, save the .phn file to your phun/scenes folder, and open it from within phun

Well... When he looks up, his head locks in place somehow, is it a ratcheting system?

nope, i used a special key to lock the hinge. 6 is for up, 4 is for down, and 5 would lock. (all numpad)

now the 5 is unneccesairy, you can autolock hinges now when no key is pressed

first off, I loved the vid .the whole thing I was thinking he was kinda slow then when the little rocket came out I was laughing so much. crippled men shouldn't swim.. and im going to have nightmares of Grabby droping me off a cliff then killing him self. BTW, how did you do his eyes?

His eyes are just 2 big white circles, with a very weak motor and some springs (so they wont rotate too far). The motors have the same hotkeys as the up/down motor.
