A progressive tax system - as put forward by Adam Smith (father capitalism) - is that one pays into proportionally to what one has benefited from it.

Politically it is part of the United States in North America, but geographically because of its (isolated location) it is not considered part of any continent. Hawaii is physiographically and ethnologically part of the Polynesian sub-region of Oceania. I hope this clears things up.

I don't recall any other presidents appointing czars unless Obama just changed the name of the offices. I just am tired of Congress bungling things, demanding sacrifice from the rest of us and them not sacrificing anything at all.

Appointed 37, i think Obama has appointed about 17 and they have nothing to do with the constitution, alls they do is run a program that was created for this and that. Furthermore, Oceania is a region all on its own which comprises of many South Pacific islands, including Hawaii. So, Hawaii is not part of the Asia-Pacific region, either. Moron. Douche bag. Get your shit straight. Again, even IF Hawaii was in the Asia-Pacific region, it still would NOT be considered part of Asia. Asia-Pacific does not equal the continent of Asia.

Being part of the U.S. DOES NOT make it part of North America. The 49 other U.S. states are referred to as "the continental U.S." for that reason. Hawai is not part of the continental U.S.A
