dragonland and fairyland are both bands of a very rare form of metal called symphonic power metal. its quite rare and like only 5 or 6 bands do it. its easy to regonize but not easy to find

Dragonforce chants "So Far Away" for nothing. It doesn't meaning anything. It's just thrown in to evoke some false canned what-they-think-as coolness.

This band actually gave meaning to that phrase. There is so much potential waiting to be developed. 5/5

Sweet song but I don't get soemthing. All these unheard of power metal bands are awesome, but Dragonforce is the only one people recognize. I know their guitiarists are good but they play the same solo over and over and over again and all their songs have almost the same beat. Bands like this need to become more popular.

@Zataic56789 Well, while you are 100% wrong about almost everything you said related to Dragonforce (their songs don't have the same beat, the guitar solos are actually very different from each other) the reason Dragonforce is recognized (though it is NOT widely loved; most people have heard Through the Fire and Flames, and don't listen to the band beyond that) is because one of the songs was featured on a video game. Hopefully, Dragonforce's mainstream fame will open the way for others!

@sweetsongman1 I don't know if I'd call Dragonland better (or Symphonic, sound more neoclassical to me). But maybe that's because I think this band has one of the most original guitarists out there. For Symphonic metal I'd always go for Adagio though (particularly their album Underworld) I think they have possibly the best written orchestration in the genre, not to mention that their guitarist Stephan Forte, is one of the better ones out their.

Na die Aufzählung ist nicht ganz fair: aus Helloween wurde er gekickt.

Beautiful Sin liegt auf Eis, ist aber nicht beendet. Masterplan hat er verlassen und Ride the Sky beendet. Ich würde ihn gern wieder langfristig in einer guten Band sehen, er ist einer der besten in diesem Genre aus Deutschland.
