James was one of the most memorable characters in this series in my opinion (certainly the most likable) and his final heartfelt words just summed him up. Great guy, even if he perhaps wasn't ever going to be The Apprentice.
Poor James, he has been rather soft throughout the entire season, he is smarter than Kate and Debra put together but his modesty and common sense put him at an unfair disadvantage. But hey, he has a wife and child and a bright future ahead, he is sure to find a good job now that he has proven himself. The fact that he has lasted this long without having to back-stab anyone proves that he is an honorable person. T'is such a shame that this contest is inherently unfair.

if i was there instead of james i would have heart failed and layed down unconsious on floor lol.....thats kind a sad moment isn't it....all eleven weeks, eleven hard works, eleven heart success goes in vain to become a single failure......damnit this life........so difficult to struggle....
kind of an 0dd Apprentice Series/Season for me-I don't have a Real Attachment 2 Anyone,Nor am I really Rooting 4 Any of Them .I guess I am the Least Impressed w/this Group than the others.And Now I don't really see any of them as having that sort of WellRoundness of Characteristics that is Usually seen in the Last Candidates at the End.
-BUT I def. had the MOST Fun Commenting & Watching the Utterly Moronic decisions of ALL of them.It's been a Season of the MOST Ridiculous Decision-Making FUN!:-)
Kate reminds me so much of my sister, and i couldn't work out what it was about her that offended me so much. Then i realised- she looks like my sister on her way out to a friends birthday party, not a competent and attractive young woman being interviewed. Her appearance was just not appropriate for the situation. Kate is clearly an attractive girl, she didn't need to wear so much make up so as to turn herself into a barbie every day- it completely detracted from her credibility for me.

It really is a shame that James was discouraged after he lost 6 times and went to the boardroom 4 times. He had 4 shaky interviews, he was uncomfortable and obviously he had to go
but u feel like cringing in this episode when he was in the hot seat in all those interviews and with his final pitch to sir allan! he seemed so uncomfortable
How can u fire someone , already proved his skills and left such impact on his colleges ... such a guy is such a treasure to any organization !

at the end of the day james is fucking brilliant
