Dont worry, it took me the 5 months and im finnaly just mastering how to work around life schedules and still eat on track. There are the challenging days cuz i work a lot of 12 hours. The biggest thing u can do is PLAN AHEAD. i know uve heard it but honestly.. the night before write down everything u will eat in the day and have it ready to go, this may mean making dinner the night before so when u get home and ur exhausted... its there. good luck!
