Dude how do you make those? Do you copy it from somewhere or do you create it :? I cant figure out how people are creating their own origamis seems waaaay too hard. How much time did you need to create this one? (not to fold teh paper, to actually think how are you going to fold it)

Good question. I designed the whole thing from scratch. One day I decided to try inventing an origami hydralisk. So I thought about what base would give me four points to work with (head, two arms, and tail). I decided to use the bird base, like an origami crane. I made things up as I went along, like doodling on a piece of paper. Maybe an hour. Maybe less. It looked vaguely hydralisk-like. So I tried again, a little different this time. Another hour. And so on, until I got to what you see here.
