When that doesn't happen, there would 'have' to be a scapegoat to blame. In this case, sexual orientation made a perfect scape goat. It really has nothing to do with the music or even the artist!

what kind of homosexuality wind is blowing in UK that every good band nowadays label them as Homo. it's true when i listened to them in 1994 the VERY album i loved their music as i still love them but they have lost popularity in various countries when they uncovered their sexuality. here in Australia i've'nt heard a single song from their latest album "fundamental" on the radio.

lol. accept it. they're gay. i started listening to them when i was 10 and then when i was 13 and realised they were gay i gave away the albums i'd previously bought lol. when i got a bit older (probably after realising that loads of people are gay) i started listening to them again. if there's anything i learned during the four or five years it took me to get over it, it's this: LISTENING TO PET SHOP BOYS WON'T TURN YOU GAY!!

The Roxy was a TV show in the UK in 1987. It was filmed in the Tyne Tees studios at Newcastle. I was at this recording and they filmed it 4 times from various angles.
