Celebs hide their faces cause of what paparazzi do - paparazzi take a celeb's pic, then they put the pic in a magazine and make up a lie, like "going shopping again...or out partying...." even though the celeb might actually be going to work.

If they hide their faces, then the gossip magazine can 't print the pic and make up lies about them. That's why celebs hide their faces.
