I'm crying... Just heard about Yanagi today in school.. My friend told me and then show me, and I was about t cry in school... Stopped and then at home I started to cry.... But I think it's the BEST that they still let him in this ^^ that they are still so close friends with him ^^ <3

Kimeru has a great control over his voice...even though he has watery eyes frm the beginning n crying whn Kachiro,Katsuo n Horio came out...ltr whn Yanagi n Endo came out he's crying more but his voice barely shake!! He's one of the best singers for me~~i admire him ^^ It's sad to see the 1st cast leave...it's nvr the same agn w/o 'em...

I swear no matter how many times I watch this I get giddy and can't stop smiling. It's sad that they left Tenimyu but Yanagi's recovery is just astounding and I grin every time I see him. And Kimeru makes my heart break when he's singing and Yanagi and Yuya hug him! Every time! Though the end is funy when the other all join in and help him sing. So touching! I love them all and I miss them.

He is Yanagi. After leaving a rehearsal for Remarkable 1st Match: Fudomine he was hit by a car. He had extensive damage to his body and vocal cords and was unconscious for two weeks. Doctors predicted he would be bedridden for the rest of his life. After waking up, Yanagi weighed around 30 kg and was unable to get up at all. He was able to make a miraculous recovery and is currently strong enough to act again, although he had difficulty with his dancing and singing. He returns in this musical.

No, I found it on Yanagi Kotaro's wikipedia page and unfortunately it's true. Because of his accident Kimeru played the role of Echizen in Remarkable 1st Match Fudomine and Kimeru, who was close friends with Yanagi, was struck hard by the accident and dedicated a coupling song, OATH IN THE STORM, to Yanagi.

It is because they are graduating(As kittypetro said) but also, Kimeru(Fuji) is a close friend of Yanagi(One of the Echizens) who came back from a car accident, that had put him in a coma. It was the first time appearing back on stage, especially since the doctors said he would be bedridden for the rest of his life. But, he proved them wrong. so happy, and sad tears. ^_^

i started to cry poor yanachan, it looks like he was in pain and when he started to cry i sooo lost and my crying got worse when yanachan yuuachan and kimeru hugged. im glad that yanachan got better

Yeup. The shorter one on the right is Kotaro Yanagi. He was in a car accident I think two weeks before the first run of Fudomine so Kimeru played his part. When Dream Live First came around, Endo Yuya, the taller one on the left, was cast as Echizen and this rerun of Fudomine, they split the part with Yuya doing the dancing, singing and tennis choreography and Yanagi doing the still acting.

kimeru was like a big brother to everyone in the cast. specifically, he gave nagayama his nickname (nagayan), and he dedicated one of his songs to yanagi after his accident. plus, on his myspace, he still hangs with his old cast members

one of the ryoma's, kotaro yanagi, was injured in a car accident and was hospialized, so yuya endo (the taller echizen) replaced him. for this show, yanagi returned to play the role, but he only did stand still scenes due to the body damaged reatined for the accident, and endo did the dancing and tennis match. plus, i think yanagi wanted to be back for his first cast's graduation

Because this is the last musical for the 1st cast. The next one is the debut of the second generation Seigaku cast. So they are crying because it ends here for them. Besides, this is the returning of Kotaroh Yanagi after his accident.T.T
