You can feel his pain at 4:20. It's so sad to see him in that state :( He didn't deserve to be treated the way he was. Just look at all the scenes of him with the sick kids. He was so happy there. He did so much for the the world's children and that was what gave him joy. That happiness was taken from him and it showed after that trial in 2005. He was no longer that happy person he was in the early to mid 90's.
