A mental disorder would be something rather serious, organic, disabling... A delusion would just be fooling yourself into believing something for which there is little or no evidence. If I believe that I am Napoleon, that's a mental disorder. If I think I'm a good guitar player, that's a delusion. Aaron, I don't think you have a mental disorder. I do think you believe something to be fact for which there is little evidence. You are entitled to your opinion but that is does not make it fact.
