Blood on my Hands by Demons and Wizards from the album Demons and Wizards its a side project of Iced Earth's Jon Schaffer and Blind Guardian's Hansi Kürsch.
I used the cheat "pkweapons" which gives you all the weapons plus I had beaten the game and have all but the flamethrower and bolt gun which can only be obtained in Battle out of Hell w/o the cheat.
hmm...after i typed this comment i was on ym way to the cheats and got this wep too...but yeah the 2 ones i haven't got yet...i'll get them later when i ebat the game fully ;);)
Shoot the bubbles under him to hurt him. Then after about half his health is gone the bubbles should stop appearing at random places and just staying where they are. At this point shoot them all then he will be vulnerable to attacks so you unleash everything you got.
is painkiller (the first, not redemption) coop-able?

Satan sure does have some uh creative looking minions...Never thought he would summon/hire/whatever a swamp monster...
