  • Again--due to old injuries--doing this without supportive shoes could possibly be detrimental to my feet AND my daughter had a fractured heel (growth plate) in which the doc prohibited her from ballet due to lack of support when dancing---what do you suggest? She is a serious figure skater---the reason why we are doing these techniques---she is almost 17 now---do you know that it's okay for her now?

  • @cheerleadingcutie7 dynamic integration uses the slant board, instability discs, and large PVC pipes to strengthen the feet and wire the central nervous system to fire correctly. I suggest using these first like the videos D.I. has, then progress to doing the conework in this video. All athletic movement (especially sports like ballet) start at the feet, more specifically the toes and the ball of the foot. Strengthening these is integral.
