This 'S-Bend' is a little poo, especially for a tutorial video. The kiter should get at least horizontal, it not inverted during the rotation. I suggest popping into a good (horz) extended railey before initiating the forward rotation.

to do a s bend you have to keep your kite under 45 but with a front roll your kite can be over 45
