When the Bush administration wanted to attack Iraq, there was only WMD accusation and it didn't work. About Iran, the administration has learned a lesson and accuses Iran for more issues:

1. Its nuclear program (While there is no evidence that Iran is pursuing weapons program)

2. Its involvement in Iraq (While the provided evidence looks fabricated. Even the date format on the munitions is not similar to what Iran uses.)
