Also, yes that method seems that way but I'm pretty sure it's "random". I also use that method and it's awesome. Real easy to modify from the packet which Rubiks cube comes with.

It'd be good if you didn't take it off camera before you showed it complete. It's hard to tell if you actually did it or if your replacing it. By the way, are you starting from a random arragement each time? Because you seemed to solve each side the same way.
I agree with what you are saying. That's why I made a new video of me doing it. I show it complete before showing the time, and there's sound to show it's not sped up. I start from a random scramble given by the computer, and I use the same method each time
why would you look away when scrambling it? it dosent make a difference unless you completely memorize the cube while looking, which not even blind folded solvers do. also, when ur not looking, you could always just do some alg.s that u kno, and for the solve just reverse them. i do believe u did the cube fair and square though. o, and i reccomend trying some alg.s that dont require as many regrips. like for ur last step, try RU'RURURU'R'U'R2, and see what happens.

Anyone can complete a rubix cube in under 50 seconds. just google "How to Solve the Rubik's Cube" and spend time learning it. there are set rules its not hard to learn so this gets a 1 star.

Is this a speed cube? I know that some rubix cube "solvers" have the pieces oiled up so that they can spin really fast. It is real people, and there are faster people out there.
It's not that complicated actually, in most methods I've seen only the first "half" is actually making you're own placing of the colors on the cube, the rest is repetative "moves" that are done in succession depending on the patterns you see.

Back in the 80's a friend read the how to solve the rubics cube book and then showed me how. You needn't be a genuis or cheat to do it. I learned back when I was about 10 years old, I can't remember now though.
um well dude this is pretty obvious u can see ur hands moving way faster than normal, it actualy took you about 2 min to do it, everybody can load a clip in vegas and put some velocity on it but if ur gonna edit atleast make it look good, put some motion blur so its not as visible.. i can solve a rubiks cube, in 2 min exact my freind duz it in 2 min with it behind his back but umm solving it in 40 secs is nothing to be proud off anyway, get a life kid
I think you should make another video of the same thing, but put a clock showing seconds in the background and not take the cube off the screen. That would eliminate all the disbelief.
That's what I'm thinking of doing. In fact, I wasn't just planning on putting a clock in the background, but I was going to get better lighting, as well as make sure to never take the camera off the cube once I solve it, to show I'm not switching them.

That is pretty good considering most people can't even solve the puzzle let alone do it that fast. Anyway, even if back in the 80s you could do it in less than 40 seconds,you can't do it NOW, in an age where young people just go on computers all day, and PS2s and Xboxes. To take that long to learn how to solve it that fast anyway instead of going on bebo or something like that, is quite an achievement in itself.

Back in the 80's a friend read the how to solve the rubics cube book and then showed me how. You needn't be a genuis or cheat to do it. I learned back when I was about 10 years old, I can't remember now though.

um well dude this is pretty obvious u can see ur hands moving way faster than normal, it actualy took you about 2 min to do it, everybody can load a clip in vegas and put some velocity on it but if ur gonna edit atleast make it look good, put some motion blur so its not as visible.. i can solve a rubiks cube, in 2 min exact my freind duz it in 2 min with it behind his back but umm solving it in 40 secs is nothing to be proud off anyway, get a life kid

I think you should make another video of the same thing, but put a clock showing seconds in the background and not take the cube off the screen. That would eliminate all the disbelief.

That's what I'm thinking of doing. In fact, I wasn't just planning on putting a clock in the background, but I was going to get better lighting, as well as make sure to never take the camera off the cube once I solve it, to show I'm not switching them.

haha. As much as you say it wasent..i still belive that was sped up..The hand can move that quick but the cube cant. And if it really wasent sped up i kno how you did it. You have 2 CUBES. Ones brand new [ already done] And one isent, when you show us the computer screen to show us 41 seconds u picked up the second cube. If THATS not it.. id like to see you go a little slower and NEVER out it down.

cool man cool. i can solve it but not as fast as you. and my technique is for beginners. i start with the cross. but you do it as if randomly. just cool. keep it up.

What's so good about that, the world record is about 12 seconds.
Back in the 80's I used to be able to do it in less than 40 seconds, not now though.

That is pretty good considering most people can't even solve the puzzle let alone do it that fast. Anyway, even if back in the 80s you could do it in less than 40 seconds,you can't do it NOW, in an age where young people just go on computers all day, and PS2s and Xboxes. To take that long to learn how to solve it that fast anyway instead of going on bebo or something like that, is quite an achievement in itself.

You are so stupid. For a start, if you bothered to look at the description written by the guy who did this video, you would find out that between 0:27 to 0:36 he wasn't looking at where he's gone wrong, he was showing the camera the cube after he scrambled it up, before putting it down then picking up to unscramble it again.
