I've found that McDonalds straws work fairly well. Wide and stiff straws seem to work the best.

i think burgervill's straws are better they are more stiff

I've tried it with Burgerville's straws and have never had any success with theirs. They actually seem softer or more easily broken or something. One time I accidentally ripped one just rolling it up. hehe

Any straw works fine. Fold it small and very tight so no air can get out, and flick it quick and forceful. Pop!
