  • One last thing, you can show people how to use the power function. Since ^ is XOR, in the cmath library, there is pow(nBase, nPower)

  • Actually ignore the -c=aX^2+bX portion, I had the notification turned off I didn't see your correction.

  • Correction, you'd end up with -c = aX^2+bX;

    And you can't expect someone to solve quadratic formulas programmatic if they don't understand concept of the functions Algebraically.

  • he's using Unix....download a compiler like MS Visual C++ 2008 Express as an Integrated Development Environment.

    and it also says that it cant find g++ whatever
