I'm 18. I started watching Stargate SG1 since I was 8 (season 2). Hey, i watched the original movie with my parents when I was 5! I was originally reluctant to watch Stargate Atlantis but after 2 years I eventually did and now it's the only thing I watch.
I am supprised how much of an impact this has become and are very happy about that. I really hope this works.

Movies will not whet my appetite either unless they give us another season. This has prompted me, the shy writer, to make my own video about this.

This show aside from Farscape and Firefly is the only reason I watch SCI-FI CHANNEL. If they screw us then I will not watch the channel anymore!
I am in the same boat as you! Scifi always screws it fans over royally! Farscape, the Invisible man, SG1... it doesn't matter what the show is... if it's getting good ratings, scifi kills it!

I was hard to keep it at ten minutes... there was a point in the uncut version when I said something about sending Children to a ship. :) it was funny! Maybe I'll put the cut thoughts in a vid and post it on my page cause they were good thoughts :)
It's just a bad idea that was thrown together on the fly or something. It might be alright if they'd think about it and lead into it through Atlantis! But as it stands now... no way am I watching it! And I know they said they wanted to get a Stargate name to be in it with other unknowns... I hope no Stargate name signs on because they should all know how stupid it is! They'd have to force from the contract... David Hewlett has a six year contract so they could force him I guess...

sg-1 was the biggest loss ever. atlantis is the 2nd biggest loss

exactly! StarTrek Voyager got cancelled so why would they want to remake it and call it Stargate?
