Endemol owns the rights to Big Brother worldwide. Creating the titles is up to the individual broadcasting's mind... It is still mpt stealing though.

yeah im sorry i dont think poland can lay claim to music that started on BB AUS back in 2001 ..from what i can tell the AUS & POL BB's are owned be the same company, that could explain why the polish show has used the same music and a very similar intro.
