@Ultimatefanofmid once you get rank 9 composing and instrument playing you get a quest for an action where you can make a party that syncs everyone automatically. you just have to give everyone the right part for their instrument.

If you are going to play this game just to warn you, servers are sometimes unstable and if you loose your belongings in crashes you will have to provide full details plus screenshots of proof and others. Customer support isn't something you will depend on from Nexon NA.
