Ive never wrestled a day in my life and im from the uk so im not too clued up about wrestling so forgive me!However does greco and freestyle adopt some aspects of judo?The reason i ask is theres clearly some judo throws in here,etc?

Freestyle you can attack both legs and upperbody, Greco you can only attack above the hips. A normal takedown (belly down) is worth 1 point. A takedown exposing the back (headlock or a double to the back) is worth 3 points. A throw that is determined to be grand amplitude (above the head) is worth 5 and ends the period. Points do not carry over from 1 period to another you must win 2 out of 3 periods to win the match. Technical falls are by 6 points and a fall ends the match.
