can someone pleeeeeze tell me the name of the song that starts at around 38 seconds and lasts to around 59 seconds??? I have no clue who sings it but it sounds soo familiar thats its driving me crazy
Awesome video! Just wondering what kind those black weights are, are they rubber? Im looking for 300lb barbell set and having some trouble finding some cheap stuff, thanks.
I used to wrestle, and I currently train wrestlers. The other man in the end of the video is Mike Holcomb, watch out for him. He does his strength & conditioning with me and his skill work at an excellent academy in the area, he's nasty, he just might be fighting in the ring soon.
the bump set is going to be your best friend and IMO your best investment in your strength and coditioning program. Kettlebells are great for variety, recovery an even strength gains with proper application. If u are not too familiar, I would recommend the HKC certification. DB's from craigslist, and a sandbag, (I have a few, some fixed, some adjustable) should make a great starter gym, with a pullup system (maybe a stud bar) of course

thanks Matt.
I currently only have two 15lb Ader KBs (hoping to buy more). I am also going to buy the stud bar. I imagine i can hang my rings from them as well.

Great video matt.
I just ordered myself 300lbs of bumpers and a rogue bar. What else would you recommend for my small garage? Space is limited.
