  • fuck off green giant

  • I'm just glad she is here to do an interview. Living in Nebraska, tornadoes are not uncommon and can be very violent. In 1975, Omaha, Ne. was hit by a EF-5 tornadoe. I remember it well, and remember that several of my friends had homes destroyed. I wish everyone in Jopin God speed and comfort, knowing others are thinking of them.

  • I read the comments before viewing the video and, by the aggressiveness of the comments, expected to hear her say something utterly terrible. I don't get why people are so angry at her commentary... she was alive and obviously thankful to God for it! She lost all of her earthly possessions but was grateful she had her family intact. She seems like a wonderful mother and person, but I unfortunately can't say the same for the hateful youtube posters commentators lurking everywhere.

  • She's my cousin. For those who were bitterly saying that she was just lucky and that other died, she's being grateful in an overwhelming situation. She knows full well that not everyone was so lucky. My mother, her aunt, was one of those lost. She was a huge support when I flew down to identify my mother's body with DNA. You can hate all you want, but I'm thankful she survived. I'd hate to imagine if we lost more family that day. My heart goes out to those who did lose many, or children.

  • @whadjison Why you would even give Pat Robertson the time of day is beyond me. Probably some sort of insecurities you're dealing with. And I'm a Christian, so you must really feel foolish. Poor fellah.

  • i remember the felling of those other warning and i remember just breeaking down and crying because at that i was staying with some family freinds and it was slowing starting to become our new home i just couldnt imagine another home being taken away form me

  • There's a video of people leaving after the Joplin HS graduation at MSSU and the sirens are going off. Most people are ignoring them and heading for their cars. Stupid decisions based on years of nothing happening.

  • @rmadllo It's unfortunate that we thought that way... I guess we learned our lesson on that one.

  • This broke my heart. I too have a young daughter. We had a line of severe weather come through our town in Ohio, where people tend to ignore the sirens because we live in a valley and they assume nothing will hit us, but one day we had a funnel come across our hospital heading my way and me, my mom, and my daughter got in the tub and prayed. I'm a weather fanatic so I had my radar up and running along with the tv, but I was scared crapless. I know what she means. Take them seriously people!

  • @estinence NObody cares. Get back in the kitchen where you belong. Get over it.

  • @SupremeAmerican you are a piece of sh*t and I feel sorry for you! People were killed and if you don't care, don't comment! Thank you, good day!

  • @estinence Last time i checked, keyboards werent in the kitchen. What kind of criminal activity are you up to young lady? I suggest you get back to your due diligance according to the word of God and start washing your mouth out with penises.

  • @whadjison Do us all a favor and go wash your mouth out with buckshot.

  • thank god they were all ok god really did save them hope that they rebuild soon be JOPLIN STRONG

  • the Joplin tornado was actually the 8th deadliest ever recorded tornado in the US...not that it's that important

  • @clash7samurai actually 2nd not that it matters

  • @DJPoeschl Actually 7th, and I think it does matter because we are supposed to have systems in place that are far superior to the ones that killed more people. In fact, to give an idea of how bad this thing was, no other tornado on the 25 deadliest in US History (NOAA) is more recent than 1955. But the graphic in this clip that calls it the deadliest is in error. It matters- those were people.

  • People have homes with no basements and no tornado shelters. That is extremely dangerous.

It isn't because of God that that chick is alive...it is luck. Other people in bathtubs are being stuffed into caskets as we speak. God did them no favors, eh?
