I watched "Dhoop Kinaray" TV series at the time of 90's. Me and my family love to watch that time. Few days back I purchased the original VCD from website Moviemart.in . This took me back to the old-memories of 90's. Dhoop kinaray is one of perfect drama series I have ever seen. I got to know from one of my friend abut the remake of Dhoop Kinaray, named" Kuch toh log kahenge". This is also a awesome TV serial. All the characters in Dhoop Kinarey are famous like Zoya Khan. I am Loving It.

i dont think he is a "khussra"...i just think the he is above the rest of us. i think he is one of the few people who is agile, sombre,tolerant, mature, calm...(i could go on and on..) i think these people do a balancing act in making a marriage survive.

i do agree that his wife comes across as an extremely aggressive and a strong human being...which is great,but than if both of them were similar they would'nt have lasted together for a long time.

I think Ankahi is the best of them all for me - the complex and unsaid relationship between Sana and her love-interest, inhabiting the space neither friendship nor love...it was beautifully portraued and realistic. I think many of us know what is like to love and not be loved back. Adding the quirky 'Mamu' made it perfect.

This drama was good but too conventional for me. Mayb if the girl was older and the guy younger...I may have liked the idea more, I know too many real life couples like them!

Ankahi was way more realistic than DK. If i have to choose between the two I'd choose Ankahi. Acting in Ankahi has higher standard than DK. Also Shenaz's acting was better than Marina's. DK is more related to doctors, hospital and love affair while Ankahi was about ordinary SANA

This play comes from golden age..Natural acting by all the actors, simplicity were one of the main features of drama from that golden era....those were the days when we used to watch one drama a day and that really used to make the day for us...

Rahat kazmi, marina khan, qazi wajid, sajid hasan have all given their best performances which are complimented by the creative writing skills of hasina moin and skillful direction by sahira kazmi...we dont get these high quality dramas these days....
