kyosuke and excellen are an awesome combo up until you face the fucking r-gun rivale mainly because it has 100k hp regenerates 10k hp every turn and regenerates over 100 energy every turn that alone makes it a bitch combined with it doing shit tons and 8k damage being done as 2k instead because of warp field make im impossible to kill =( if someone can tell me how to beat him please PLEASE do so

Energy drain him so that warp field is useless and he can't use Axion buster....Then you beat him up until he dies/retreat.......If he has weapons block equip the energy drains on fury users

@darkjackl999 @darkjackl999 well if you took ryusei route: Fully upgrade SRX and equip spirit drinks to SRX, R-1,R-2,and R-3. also make sure they have: Sp regenerate, mental, sp up (the higher the better) and attacker, you can also equip that melee abillite or genius for more energy. then you just use TK-Burst slash on ingram (using zeal, valor,and sense) as much as possible. Keep SRX attacking by using enable on it too, also, using Ryusei's Zeal by using the SP drinks.

hell no, a fully upgraded alteisen can't handle a fully upgraded R-1 (not even ingram can hit him, that's what happened in mine, he always had a 5% of hitting him), kyosuke won't be able to hit ryusei unless he uses strike or sense, imo ryusei can take down kyosuke anyday.

@beastbass1 what would alts hit be with that move that has +50hit name escapes me also alts real strength is its abilty to live 1 hit of anything when capped its like a psuedo super robot but u already know this my problem with the r-1 is that t link knuckle often only does 2k damage and r-1 gets 1shotted im talking about og2

@linzig32 in OG 1 and OG2 (in the beginning) Alt is a good mech, but if you don't upgrade Alt to max along with armor, evade, hit, etc parts, it's pretty much like a fully upgraded Gespent MK.2.S (OG2 version, not OG1 MK.2.S was a really big dissapointment for me) As for the R-1, it's a useful mech that doesn't really need to be fully upgraded, just the energy and armor would be enough since it's mobility is good and it's T-link Knuckle can do 5K (against Neo Grazon) if Ryusei's not under leved,

@beastbass1 i only rly boost alts hp and en(for rampage ghost spam)kyosuke can hit whenever needed in og 1 and has strike for bossesthey both have trouble hitting ingram without strike they have about 40v percent hit rate without focus and like i keep saying t luink knuckle does low damage kyosuke gets alteisen reise when needed and heavy claymore tends to boost his hit rate past the r-1s i boost the r-1s hp so it can take a hit would have lived silbelwinds vortex shooter but it critted

@linzig32 thats ib your case, my t-link knuckle does 5k eaisly. plus with ryusei i can take out anyboss in one go using him (imagine 25K x 10 or more) with Kyousuke I can only pulll off 15kx2 (upgrades to Stake and D/X mode included) But no matter what I think OG 1 version of Alt is WAY better then OG 2, i mean Rampage Giant does 18K without upgrades eaisly , in og 2 it barely does 12K

Most of this series of games were never released outside of japan because of licensing problems, the specific game this is from (Super Robot Taisen Origional Generation) does not have Big O in it, but other games in the Super Robot series do have it.

No, Big O originally was from it's own anime. They mostly just take popular robots and use them for the series. They do make a few new characters to be the main characters of each game, but most of the robots had their own show before getting in Super Robot Wars. For this game, however, they decided to take a bunch of original characters and make a game with just them, hence the name Original Generation.

The only US released SRW games are SRW EX(for the SNES), lord of elements and OG 1 and 2
