Ok! I have been digging around on the interweb and found that it could be Mel C (aka Sporty Spice from the Spice Girls) that sings this as she is heavily involved with promoting the Unicef campaign (called "Big Kiss") and it could be on her unreleased album which should be coming out soon. I could be wrong about this so please don't quote me on it :-)
