That's a week argument. That isn't even a stated goal of the SPP. Besides, it's quite clear that government won't save us from tragedy, prime example being Hurricane Katrina. Like I said in an earlier response which was deleted, I work for the future of my decedents. I don't think any Government organization which wishes to avoid the panic of an impeding doomsday scenario would publicly state such a goal. Government can fail us, but how many private citizens and private corporations did you see rescuing people off rooftops?
