Ignorance is truly bliss! We as humans always discard these type of experiences as crazy or in a cult! What Robert Monroe is describing is what I began to do 4 months ago.. ASTRAL TRAVEL!!! He is more scientific with his methods.There are some people that are shamans or mystics, but it is all the same. I learned never to just believe something without experiencing it. This is something you have to experience in order to understand.

It's hard for me to imagine how this talk would be comprehensible to anybody who has not read Bob's books, or attended any programs at the Monroe Institute. I have done both, and it makes sense to me, but if you are watching this in complete bafflement, you might try reading Bob's books to get a better grip on what he's talking about here.

Thanks so much for these posts. Even though I've heard him in other postings, I think i could listen to Bob forever, and keep thinking his voice will be the one that leads me to Focus 27. I find much encouragement for continuing to expand my awareness in his talks.
