@jhonwil014 mine is made in PRC i got it from GHD north america... i emailed them they said that north american straighteners are made in PRC or something i thought it would be made in the UK so i am disappointed for paying so much money and getting a product thats made in china...

@rawritsjoselin yes, it is because the temperature they choose is supposed to be THE perfect temperature to be as efficient as possible, without being too damaging for your hair :)

Another question i have is. I have the same striaghtener as you. it doesn't have any way to fix the amount of heat you want. It's just You turn it on and it's hot in seconds. Is that how it's supposed to be?

i have a ghd and it doesn't have any holes in the chord not even one ! those this show that its fake?:( i have just recieved it yesterday and i used it only 1 time and like the top of the ghd in the corner became black...BUT i think its because of the heat ! i dont know ! the plates do move, i do have holograms, i dont have a shower sign on the label, i have a 2 plug (European plug) but no black or white like box ! i'm WORRIED ! :( help me pls !

@cesca805 well, as i said in the video, the number of holes in the chord is not the utlimate proof... The rest of ur ghd seems fine (except that the corner becomes black after only one use)

Try to register ur GHD to find out for good ! And please let me know what the verdict is :)

@EGB1998 U have to remove the securing screw between the three pins and slide the adaptor from the two-pin plug. But anyway, since u registered it, u already know it's a genuine GHD :)
