during this time, ECW wasn't bad at all to watch. The downfall of ECW was really when they started making it exclusively for "new" talent. It was like if you've been on ECW for longer then 2 months then ya moved to smackdown or raw. With 3 shows, they should've spread the overal roster talent evenly as apposed to ECW eventually seeming like a televised developmental show
