  • What a beast. There's really nothing out there that can round you out as an athlete like Dead lifts. presses, squats, rows, and side presses. I'm just impressed that you seem to have plugged all your weak leaks with all of them. You're putting up nice numbers on all lifts consistently. Doesn't it get boring once you hit that pinnacle? How do you get motivated to continue on??
