If you had to choose one, Skyward Sword. But, honestly, I recommend both.

Though, for Twilight Princess, get it on Gamecube.

@BlodhArget Why gamecube? I got it for gamecube and my copy kept messing up so I had to get it for Wii. The controls for the game on Wii are actually much easier than I thought they would be and I enjoyed it more than the little time I played the gamecube version before it stopped working.

There's a few reasons - the Gamecube version has less bugs, for example. But, mainly, it's that, at least to me, it always felt obvious that Twilight Princess was not designed with motion controls in mind; it was for the Gamecube, and switched after the fact. Indeed, I find most of the motion controls in the Wii version to border on horrible.

TP was never meant to be a Wii game, and it shows.

@MarioBrosFan I realize you were not asking my opinion, but I personally liked Twilight Princess(the wii version) as my favorite. Games with the darker atmospheres are games I like to play. Skyward Sword is a great game as well with a brighter atmosphere though it takes a little getting used to with the Motion Plus.
