  • I like this style, I have heard there is a teacher of it on Boston but I have yet to find him.

  • How is thos stye in comparison to Wing Chun? (Good Wing Chun) Is it as simple and direct?

  • wow thx i really was wondering about the history of the kung fu style i was learning. so interesting =]

  • his sup gee is nice.......not strong enough to kill though......i learn from the CLC lineage......check that out. (the founder of the style of bak mei learnt from monks that were supposedly taught directly by pak mei himself.) the 4 ways of fa jin used in the CLC pak mei is terrifying...i got fucked up bad when i tested with my dad...who had 35 years of training, street and cage.

this sifu uses waist power and footwork, which is very good....but if he can combine it with the fa jin...oh man

  • @trumank99 cool.thanx. show us some video&let us decide.

  • We could use something like this in Kansas, I don't think we have ANY Chinese arts down here.

  • @ReReShow80 one of our main Professional Cage Fighters is from Kansas. Look up Zac Bucia

  • well i think (think key word) no fighting style is the most effective the reason for this is it works for one but not the other if it works for you it is the most effective for you.

  • aaaaa (relaxed sigh) VHS

  • It's so funny people always bringing up MMA or any of those other fightingSPORTS. Just shut the fuck up about using a traditional kung fu style in mma settings. MMA has ALOT of rules you have to follow. Traditional martial art is not designed to use against opponents unless you want to hurt them very badly. If you put a traditional martial artist in that ring you basicly strip him of 90% of his abbilities simply because they are not allowed. MMA is show, and not to be compared to traditional ma

  • @SynQ86 actually we are using bak mei combined with mongolian wrestling in the cage: website: dragonhousemma Sifu Zong Luo's skool. check it, son

  • @RokProffit You have the typical western attitude. You don't teach the art, you teach solely to fight. Seek to profit. You have a fucking cage standing in your gym. lmao Though i'm still convinced that back mei is way to aggresive for using it in a ring. Probably not alot of back mei to see in that ring. Though having just the intend to teach back mei and try using it in a ring is just pathetic. Cheung Lai Chuen probably turns in his grave watching you.

  • @SynQ86 u clearly kno nothin of the nature o our teachin or the true spirit of bak mei: WINNING. our art, history, knowledge is surviving b/c of necessary adaptations2both modern times&REALITY by Sifu Zhong Luo. u r welcome2come2our skool&meet the truth o a surviving art face2face....if u r able2get up from ur chair, that is. i kno nothing about u&u kno nothin o us, the reality o fightin is fightin not wrds. we wil fight u anyday&u can spout ur "knowledge" while u lay bleeding

  • @RokProffit The reality of fighting is fighting, not words. WTF does that mean? Oh ye right, you're insinuating i should come to you and show my knowledge in fighting and not words, right? :') "We will fight you anyday" "while u lay bleeding" Yeeep, that's the true spirit of back mei!! You're just pathetic and don't know shit about martial art. That's VERY clearly by now. Go teach your boys the true art and spirit of back mei, and put them in a mma cage. Thtat's surviving. That's REALITY! noob

  • @SynQ86 itISthe spirit of bak mei, u r correct aboutTHAT. fearlessness&certainty that your enemy wil b obliterated. like i said, if u wish2kno the true spirit of bakmei live&upclose: u have our address. everything else is just fluff&u its fluffer.

  • That's just my 2cents.

  • @israelifaggot really?word in the kung fu circles few of years ago that he got beat up by a fut san wing chun guy for shooting his mouth off and his father and wife got sent to the hospital. just saying.

  • @cfG21 actually he, his father&(ex)wife were ambushed and attacked by the entire school. Zhong Luo smashed the master of the school and his top students. His wife was only his student for3yrs at this point and his father was68yrs old, but the three of them held off the entire school for 1/2hr before ChinesePolice broke up the fight.

  • I like it

  • The first guy that fought ip man in the ip man movie. Liu sifu. The guy that ate dinner at his house. People told me that he used bak mei. Where his one knuckle was pointing out on each hand. Is that true?

  • nah, that wasn't bak mei, pheonix eye is what the one knuckle out is called, it's common among quite a few chinese kung fu systems.

  • He teaches in San Francisco at the Dragon House !!

  • I understand that he wants to sell pak mei, and I don't disagree with most of what was said. It is a very impressive style. However southern praying mantis, which is now Henry Sue's circular tong long is just as if not many times more effective

  • why is this in Category, as comedy?

  • The Kung Fu Five Elders - survivors of the destruction of the Shaolin Monastery by the Qing Dynasty.. Ng Mui creater of Wing Chun style and Bak Mei creater of bak mei style... now you can see why the movment look similiar to wing chun..

  • People don't really see that everything that he is doing in his form is stuff that would seriously fuck you up. The form is their to train your muscle memory so it will be effective in a real fight. This style would probably not be the most effective in the UFC because of watered rules, In a fight to the death, as it often happened during past times, This would be a brutal art form.

  • Generally when I see CMA, there tend to be a lot of flowery forms and it is apparent that any practical fighting technique in it has been lost. Just from looking at this guy's physique and even the way that he does the form, I can see portions of the application. This is a man who can use his art, and that is a rarity for any practitioner of a traditional style. Kudos to him, what a scary fucking guy. I am so happy to see this. There is intent and practicality as well as culture and art. Nice.

  • @GarlandMuay Its not rare for traditional arts to be useful. Contepmorary media has fooled people into thinking the traditional is any diffrent from today. For example some say BJJ is the most usefull and practical art but most of BJJ is things taken from traditional Judo before it was watered down and made a sport.

  • I love this! I kinda wish there was more of it around but at the same time its better that something so effective is a bit obscure and hidden other wise people would surly miss use its just like the movie says those who find such power can't help but put it on display and sometimes miss use it all together. I think I'm going to have to learn this in syd.

  • This master is Gangstarr ~~~ !!!

  • Man dude. When he does that form, I can already feel him ripping my head off with those giant arms.

  • @israelifaggot yeah but with biceps like that u can go in sissy fighting and win

  • Good to see real Kung Fu still being practiced. Awesome man.

  • Why doesn't he sell seminar videos anymore?

  • lot os the same stuff in wing chun are thse styles related at all

  • up north in Kali.....Dragonhouse....him and his father are great gung fu guys!!!

    I highly recommend him!!

  • Where is this teacher's school?

  • wow...i just found my sifu on youtube -_- i never saw this coming.

  • @aznrider914 dragon house? boy

  • Nice video history and energy...Thanks for sharing!

  • this guy is legit cuz alot of older style do adjust to fighting mma. the mma practioners like to pick on traditional style and unless ur like him and have also an mma background u might loose

  • I'm not sure about it being the most effective. Wing Chun is effective.

  • Every art there bound to be geniuses and for every geniuses there are bound to be the perfection of their own art form.

No one is perfect and certainly no martial art can claim superiority over others.

Why did you guys not even read or heard how the famous european KYOKUSHIN Karate Do from Japan died in AMERICA due to a mugging and was killed by a gun shot in the back?

Lets not be arrogant and ignorant.

I have seen too many so-called martial artists who are fake.

  • Comment removed

  • For a big guy, he is pretty fast. Ups to him! =)

  • I am into """REALITY COMBAT"" And trust me when i tell you this guy is good....Real good...

  • LOL the FBI WARING

  • wooooow so this style is responsible for ruining the temples and destroying other ancient fightinhg styles for evere !!! amazing.. not

  • coco lets see you fucking do it twat

  • that is southern kung fu?

  • quite similar to Long ying!

  • That's probably because that's what he's teaching. He teaches both Bak Mei and Long Ying.

  • nice video

  • like wing chun n chow gar tong long and lil bit of kyokushin mixed together

  • i dont know about it being pathetic because even if you think the form wasnt great the guy has a ton of power and knows how to use it. I use to go to his school for a bit and on my first day he showed me inch power and had me flying back a good 10 feet to a wall. I felt others who claim to have fajin but cant do it. He uses his kunf fu regularly when he did security as well. So if you want to learn how to fight he's definitely the man if you want pretty forms then go to someone else.

  • I would buy a dvd if this sifu teaches the conditioning of white eyebrow like the sand bag training. Just an idea for the future

  • Didn't watch the video but he does teach the sand bag training in his school

  • Thanks so much for sharing this!
