Bullshit, the Ur-Quan travelled much further then just the homequadrant. They travelled through the entire galaxy. (Now it IS possible that they missed quite a large area of it (After all, there's only so many Ur-Quan, and they where constantly on the move. So I imagine Ur-Quan visited area's would be this line you could draw through the galaxy.) But they weren't limited to just a quadrant in the slightest.

The VUX aren't genetically deficient, they're just dicks. (But very amusing ones. And we all love the VUX like that (even if they hate us for being so very ugly.)
