ur very good, but the only thing i didnt like is how u didnt do a solid beat the whole time, u sped up the slowed down and sped upp again, other than that it was perfect
I'm sorry but the timing of this song is not very musical. There are the huge pauses as you get ready to play the bar cords. The tempo slips up and down. I recomend a metronome to improve your sense of timing. Other than that is is exceelnt and with work it could be very nice, but as is, it's just not there. Sorry.
people have said this music is kkk music and white trash but people need to know the south aint haters. we all help on another no matter who is wroung or right. love the south till i die and ill still be loveing it
hey any chance you would have the tabs for this version? ive found a few but didnt like them quite as well as this one, wondering if perhaps you had them, thanks.
Greetings from another Scot(Glasgow)I like your improvisations using open tunings.Ive been trying The Star Spangled Banner in open tuning using a slide and it just sounds so authentic.Good luck to you on your musical journey.
@Vorgaak - the soul who wrote it is still manifested within the melodies! we connect with his good vibration i think....everyones from that time of hope....
your playing makes me proud to be a southerner and a guitarist.i can tell how much work has gone into your playing and i must say that it is apreciated.keep playing and keep your southern pride!
re my comments on dvd: pity I can't studying your work in dvd- but I'm watching your videos and enjoying your playing and your excellent arrangements.
great version - yet again I am very impressed with your playing and use of open tunings. Onlt 1 tiny thing...camera not showing your right hand. By the way - if you had a dvd of six or seven of your best open tuning tunes - complete with tab and some tech hints I'd buy it, and I'd sure there are lots like mine who'd also buy it. Of course, maybe you already have?
