I like the songs of Renaissance; this one is beautiful too; I like your nice pictures about the sea and the band and it was very good that you put into the vid a little piece of the lyrics. Good upload :)
Thank you for your feedback. It was very enjoyable making this video. With such beautiful lyrics, I had to weave them into the video. I love Jane Relf's singing here, although I also like her successor, Annie Haslam, and her Renaissance. : )
At 1:38 I do believe that is the lovely Binky Cullum and not the equally lovely Jane Relf. She was in the short lived but still amazing transitional band, between Relf and Haslam.
Thank you for putting this song up here. I have always found it just really profoundly poignant and moving. Haunting and beautiful music with equally evocative lyrics. "I wonder how I'll be next year," for some reason speaks to me on some existential level of resignation, nostalgia and the hopeful mystery of new beginnings.
Thank you for such a beautiful response. It makes uploading so worthwhile. I echo all your heartfelt sentiments. It's why I made the actual lyrics centre stage in my video montage. I would add that Jane's vocals are as extraordinary and haunting as the lyrics. Her voice is reaching to its very limits in the most touching way ... it seems to become the sea. Jane and the sea become one. Namaste and again thank you. :)

I am referring to the picture between 1:36 - 1:38 of Niel Korner and Binky Cullum from the Kings and Queens DVD. How am I wrong?
