  • i whant to learn this reverse vault , i just can do the old one :(

  • i love how the video stopped loading at 0:07 ^^

  • Parkour and Freerunning are practically the same, but freerunning is more about freedom and creativity also the discipline to self development, following your own way (freedom), freerunning was made because Parkour lacked enough creativity and self-expression. if you actually research about this Sebastian practically said what i wrote (:

  • @jeol11

    Short terms: Freerunning= freestyle parkour.

  • @metalsnake27 Parkour is FREESTYLE EVER

  • Isn't a reverse vault just a 360 vault?

  • @Jozhua253

I would say its the same thing yeah.

  • its more of a barrel tbh, a reverse u actually 'run backwards', its sort of a reverse speed vault

  • this i a 360 vault not a reverse. nice 360!!

  • you must do a splitfoot reverse!

  • Who gives a fuck he's not exactly on the run now is he? It's a tutorial video.

  • one of the easiest thing in parkour

  • agree

  • Easy

  • Good, but get your stepping so you dont do lots of little steps rite before the vault.

  • lmao parkourdenver is right

  • close enough denver

  • that was a 360 vault,

the reverse vault goes the other way...

  • Whats the difference between his vault and reverse vault? I thought that reverse look like that...thanks;)

  • reverse you go the opposite direction as in his legs go to the right, your legs to to the left in the reverse, and also you only use one hand, which is your left one.

  • @ParkourDenver You can use two hands you just let go half-way through the spin converting it to one hand, it's still a reverse vault. One-handed reverse vault is what it would be, but that's not case. Damn, long- ass explanation.

  • so if he does it with his right hand and goes to the right isnt it the same thing?same move.just uses his dominant side.this is reverse.

  • Yeah I'd have to agree as far as I know this is a reverse vault... Not so sure what all the rest of these people are saying, as they all have been extraordinarily confusing and different in their views of reverse vaults. Anyone want to tell me what it "Actually" is?

  • point a to b with efficiency is parkour... but free running is about fluidity and style.

  • Actually you're 2/3 right.

Parkour is about getting from A to B the quickest, and most efficient way possible overcoming the obstacles in your path WITH fluidity.

The style part is for freerunning.

  • yes fair, I agree with you... this comment was a year ago though... mis-spoke more than anything, but I suppose I was so clear at expressing it back then either.

  • safety is a factor in efficiency, and conservation of energy

  • varza

  • actaully parkour is about getting from point A to B in the most EFFICIENT way, true its about doing it as fast as possible, but only aslong as doing it fast is the most efficient way of doing it

  • @Fudgeemonkee well speed would technically fall into the category of efficiency; a move would be less efficient if it took too long to perform

  • either one leg is shorter than the other or you just did 5 stutter steps. the whole point of parkour and free running is fluidity

  • it's not really good, you have to rotate faster

  • very good reverse and justthasebas youre a fukcin idiot man its not a turn vault

  • Cool vid, nice reverse, good tutorial.

  • actually a turn vault is when u land on the other side of the object for example....

you stand on one side of the rail and jump to the opposite side
