May I add that when you logged into @edgarb20 the second time, his followers were not back and neither were the people he was following. He had 1 follower and was following 11 people. When you logged into his account the 2nd time, it turned out that there was only 0 of both appearing.
Either you changed his Email that's what reactivated the Account, or you created a new Twitter with that Username.
Apparently, you're overcharging your members. It would look more real if you didn't pause.
