And few tips to help you recognize a 70 model ... Which tons of people say they have but don't .... 70 camaros only yr with chrome emblem on header panel, (rest are colored) short bucket seats with headrest, side marker lights blink with turn signals... To name a few... If all else fails or it's been resto..... Look at vin plate it will read st70

To lobzdik... Yes it's a package deal ...RS had split bumper with upper turn signal lights by the headlights and an extended urathane nose ....only RS pkg had splits but 95% of 70-73 camaro owners switch to splits because the look alot better....

I think it's an L88 hood. My brother had a 70 Camaro with an aftermarket hood on it. From memory, that's wha it looked like. I believe they were Corvette hoods matched to Camaros. It's been a while so I'm not positive.

they are called 70 1/2 camaros because the "70" camaros were not released until later in the year.

I know a guy who bought one of these for his son. It was in perfect condition, with a awesome Fire-engine red paint job. Then two days later he put 22's on the car with out changing out the suspension and threw a rod trying to burn out. (I know the suspension has nothing to do with throwing a rod, I'm just saying.) Then a month later, his dad bought him a newer car. A 97 civic... those cars suck.
