Hmm, so let me get this straight... The movie is about a white man who's murdered because he's having an affair with asian lady who's betraying her country of Japan, for a white man. A white man is brought in to investigate the murder befriends an asian gang lord with an asian wife. The asian wife cheats on her asian husband with the white investigator. Wow I can see why the chinese gov't pulled the permits. If you don't want movie makers to keep making this racist crap, then don't watch it.

Gong Li is absolutely stunning. She is truly one of the most beautiful asian women I have ever seen. I have heard she is very nice in person and I would believe that from watching her interviews. She always seems humble in my opinion, especially in her interview from the movie curse of the golden flower. She has looks, brains, personality, money, fame, and is one classy woman. She is definitely the total package in my opinion.

Saying that you're a liberal is one thing, but having an influential person say that all conservatives should die a satanic death is just going too far.
