  • do you guys make money of the wires?

  • @angierandomstuff Yes, The junk yard takes it as #2 Insulated Copper. Sometimes if the wire is thick enough we strip it and sell it as copper.

  • Splendid dissection. Constructed of 85% plastic, so in conclusion not much there lol

  • @Begbucks Yeah.... Just cut the cord, sell the pot and move on LOL

  • @KennyChumsky Sums it up!

  • @LMVELAZQUEZ100...Don't forget to go to IscrapApp. com to find the nearest scrap yard near you and may have better pricing than the one your goin to now.

  • I was wondering if you could do a video on how to figure out which metals are which, like copper, steel, iron etc... how do you determine which metal it is. Thank you :)

  • @Montak545 I have been wanting to make a vid like this forever. My problem is that Kenny always scraps the metal so quick It is hard for me to get all the examples I want. I will though start sneaking them off to the side to make a video. Might take awhile but eventually we will have a vid out for you.

  • Mike is right...save (bank) your computer boards. Did you say something about gloves and safety eye gear (chuckle)? Thanks for the video.

  • @latesunday LOL Thanks for commenting!

  • Computer boards are worth money...

  • @lmvelazquez100 Yeah, we save motherboards and cpu's separately from regular circuit boards. Then turn around and sell them on Ebay. The non-computer circuit boards we just bring to the metal yard.
