At interviews Radical confirmed they based a lot of the game on Hulk :TUD . Compare Prototype NY and Hulk NY, nearly 99% same. Difference is : Prototype is good, Hulk was "test" .

Like for a suggestion, instead of killing and consuming the commander in front of everyone, why not follow him and see if he goes to a more secluded area, then do it? when no one is around?
