Difference is Pak has nukes, and USA and Russia will give missile defense to India, while China would hesitate alot with their hollow ultimatum. We need higher taxes (just 3 percent more would end this recession according to most estimates) for all, especially those making above 250K. Then use that money on rebuilding projects (more jobs) as well as subsidizing starting solar energy companies (new market). We could also put more money in the education system (more jobs) if necessary.
