You might think about adding the miso the last step since boiling miso paste is not reccomended as it may destroy important quality or enzymes in the miso. Add the miso after the soup has cooled below boiling temperature.

I thought all miso is made with a dashi base, but I didn't see you put that in there.

@sweetboo1022 Dashi is basically stock made from bonito flakes.

oh hey i think we almost use the same ingredients i add those chicken stock the one you have the chicken stock to it it taste very good ..!!
