Sti is made for roads like that. Ones that require traction.

S2k is made to compete with cars in classes higher than it. Its not made for traction.

Straight way s2k would have beat it.

@bbarannik Lol are you serious? S2k wasn't built for staight line performance. It's a track car, built for twisty roads. Not made for traction? What the fuck does that even mean lol. My ap1 has amazing traction, even without traction control. Straight away, the Sti would pull on the s2k. Trust me, Ive tried to beat a Sti in a straight line. It wont happen unless the s2k is boosted.

If you ask me these are the top three "it" cars in the Japanese car line up of the mid $30ish price range, the Nissan Z's tend to be heavy and to have a more luxurious feel. IMO

@MugenDB2 also the power band on a stock 350 sucks ass i drove my corona not stock motor and i drove my bbros sti and there was a different power band but its was that much of a differnet power band then i drove a 350 z nismo twin turbo from my friends dealership and holy shit the power never kick in at all i was on full throttle and i was not going any where

Well the concrete answer to that is....... It depends. Between the evo and sti most would point you towards the bullet proofness of the evo. but between the s2k and the evo it really depends on what you are using it for. If for a daily driver with the occasional track day i would go with the evo. If no kids and frequent track days I would point you to the s2k. You will learn more with it and spend much less on track time consumables.

@CLUMZYLB well bro what do u want do u want a daily drive thats fast or do u want the car for the sti and evo would be the better choices because there all wheel drive and 300 hp the s2000 is good to but the car doesnt have a good power band either but because of the vtec as son as u hit 6 grand on the rpms thats when u get the power the s2000 has a 50/50 front and back but there is a wieght limit of 350 for both drive and the passenger but i woud get the sti or evo

the best sti year it the 06 because the 07 sti had ecu problems and i think the 06 sti is the best and the evo 8 or 9 are the best of the evos so the rest is up to u
