@minhtyfresh13 You shouldn't be raid tanking unless you're defense capped, period. Get to 545 first. As for your HP, I'd get a bit more too, but if you have leet heals you might be able to pull it off. You'll get more hp as you get more defense so just focus on getting defense capped and you'll be fine.

Uhh.. From healing perspective it's quite easy as long as everyone knows what to do at worms. I personally was a holy paladin (4.9k gs if that matters) , during worms encounter one of our 3 healers died, and I was left to heal alongside a 5.6k gs shammy. After downing I had done only 8k less healing than him, and had 90% of my mana left as he had only 20%. I feel so proud of myself ^.^ PS: I forgot to pop my CDs like wings and divine illumination.

I had a lot of problems with the worms last time I tried... the moving worm would hit me (OT) with Burning Bile but I couldn't run to the rest of the raid because he would spew on them, and I was busy kiting him around because of the slime pools. We wiped several times - I'm not sure what I should be doing; in the video it doesn't seem to hit the OT with Bile at all, but every time I tried I got Bile, MT got Paralyzing. Should the rest of the group run to me, instead of me run to them?

@shiverman11 Well its hard to tell.. Good thing is to make sure each healer knows what to do.... Preserve mana as much as u can... dont try to spam heals/overheal (only spam when heavy dmg is going on) Use potions and get a good bunch of mana regen (beside if u already have it say around 600-700 i think will regen mana pretty nicely just work out ur casting if u dont spam u regen)

The problem I had with this is I was OT-ing Dreadscale and kiting him around when he dropped the poison clouds, but the only people with the poisons would be me and the MT, so we could never get to each other as I was further away. I was being told to run to other people who had Paralytic Poison and this caused the worm to spew on the raid wiping everyone.

@kodlcan gs is important because its not like u want a.. 4300 with horrible gear running with u in icc which means really low effectivness for instance when i was 4500gs ret paladin id be pulling maby 3-5k dps now that im 5768 im pulling 11-12k in icc and toc most ppl hate it becuase there low gs and they wine that they cant get into really good raids/heroics its called getting geared sure its gonna take u a while but it eventually works out for u...

And there is no fun in it theese days. Without guild yu're not progressing. PUGs are dead business. Only organized HC players could achieve such a GS for top raids. @kodlcan more recently gs shows how effective a given player's gear is for a given role - so for example if you're a DK it'll show how good your gear is for blood, frost or unholy specs & for tanking. So my frost DPS DK shows as 96% effective as a frost DPS guy, but only 67% effective as a tank. To get the full report you have to highlight the player character & type /gs.

@wiever10 Paralytic Toxin can't be 'eaten'.. the tank with the toxin will be rendered unable to act after a few seconds, so the tank/player with Burning Bile will indeed need to clear it.
