  • Not something you would indulge frequently However, once the roll is removed from the package (fat discarded) the end product is actually not too fatty at all, quite clean actually.

  • I usually HATE roasted meat, comes out dry, the fat never melts properly... but this one looks pretty yummy, tasty and juicy thanks to the bacon and the sausage! And the sauce makes it even juicier...gotta try it sometimes! :-)

  • Hi Melania! I have a few recipes on variable roasting. I prefer hi-temp. usually but this is more of a baking method (covered or wrapped). Yes, the bacon and sausage keep it all 'juicy'. cheers, KtC
