Not something you would indulge frequently However, once the roll is removed from the package (fat discarded) the end product is actually not too fatty at all, quite clean actually.
how about that ... you are not going stop so far aren' t you? well you shouldn't cause you creat a wonder everytime you touch some food..... great job again !!!
DAMN! That just look so......i'm sorry. There are no words to describe this cool vid. I mean: is there nothing that Bacon can't do? *mouth drooling while typing*
I usually HATE roasted meat, comes out dry, the fat never melts properly... but this one looks pretty yummy, tasty and juicy thanks to the bacon and the sausage! And the sauce makes it even juicier...gotta try it sometimes! :-)
Hi Melania! I have a few recipes on variable roasting. I prefer hi-temp. usually but this is more of a baking method (covered or wrapped). Yes, the bacon and sausage keep it all 'juicy'. cheers, KtC
Could you add Creme Fraiche or a shot of sherry/port?
williamwilson666 1 year ago
@williamwilson666 I would skip the Creme Fraiche. A bit of sheery would be fine. cheers, KtC
