The definition of "aerosol spray paint cans" is obvious. Subsection (e) defines a "broad tipped indelible marker" as a writing implement with non water soluble fluid. "Etching acid" is defined as "any liquid, cream, paste or similar chemical substance that can be used to etch, draw, carve, sketch, engrave, or otherwise alter, change or impair the physical integrity of glass or metal".
Sidewalk chalk does not fit any of these definitions, so the person should not have been arrested.
