That is exactly what the gameplay is like. Infact, that's easier than what it is. It doesn't show you reavers or lickers, the hardest things in the game to kill.

Everything in that trailer is filmed from the game, so everbody knows. Apart from the Jill thing at the end. Also there's a person helping you when you play; Shiva. Makes the game so much easier, I couldn't imagine it 1 player.

just to answer a few questions (i downloaded the demo, i am a loser...) the girls name is Sheva, and, well, thats all i kno. in the demo, even though the quantity of zombies is high, and they take a while to kill, i would say yes, it is SLIGHTLY harder than RE4 (just cuz of the demo, tho) also, the chainsaw people (the guy in RE4 was salvador and super salvador, right?) in RE5 are easier. u can run past them, unlike super salvador. i have a life, i just wanted to answer some questions. yea. fail

Yes, Chris was in two of the previous games, the original Resident Evil, and Resident Evil: Code Veronica X.

There is speculation that the woman at the end of the trailer is Sherry Birkin, daughter of William and Annette Birkin. She was captured by Wesker after the events of Resident Evil two, and is said to carry within her a variation of the virus, which could account for why she's in the cryogenic tube at the end of the trailer...if that is in fact Sherry.

Well, let's see...if the original mansion incident took place n July of 1998, and the destruction of Raccoon City took place a couple of months later, then Sherry was 12 at that time when she met Claire. So I think that makes Sherry about 22 now, if the events in Africa take place 10 years later.

It should be quite interesting, as Claire broke her promise to Sherry that she wouldn't abandon her, and then Wesker got ahold of her. Looks like there will be a lot of bad feelings on her part! :-O

Same here...oddly enough, the last time I played was almost exactly 8 years ago, as well. I haven't played RE4 yet, and want to do so before I play RE5, so I actually restarted RE2 last night. I bought a save data card online with the infinite rocket launcher unlocked. Unfortunately, the person who made the card must have done it on normal mode, because now I have to play the new file on hard mode, and it is no fun having to fight my way to the first save box to get that launcher on hard! :(

Yeah, the virus does look very similar to what is being shown in 5, huh? That stinks if there's a lot more to shoot in RE4...I don't seem to handle that part all too well, which always results in me playing the game on easy mode.

...Unless it's RE3, and since there's the whole Epilogue payoff at the end, I happily played it on normal mode. Plus, you can cheat by playing the Mercenary Game and getting money to purchase infinite weapons. :-)
